To receive a project ID number, via email complete our online evaluation form. The system will automatically email you important instructions on how to get your media to a CBL facility quickly.

The first thing you need to know is you have entrusted your data recovery with the best. CBL will do everything possible to recover your data in the quickest amount of time. Our engineers are very skilled at what they do, and together with CBL's proprietary software and tools, you can be sure your data will be successfully recovered.

What you need to know

There is a fee associated with the Rush Emergency Service. Our specialists will begin work as soon as the media arrives, and will continue, until the data is recovered.

Whether the data loss is the result of mechanical or electrical failure, virus activity, system malfunctions, human error, water, fire or smoke damage, or file corruption, CBL has the uniquely talented people and the resources in-house to solve the problem.

Shipping Instructions

For an accurate diagnosis of your media, it will need to be shipped to our facility. To ensure no further damage to the media, please package it carefully.

1. If possible, wrap the media in an anti-static material.
   
   
2. Pack the media in a box twice the size of the media, using foam, bubble or any anti-shock / vibration material. This is to ensure that the media does not move around in the package during shipment.
   
   
3. Ship the package directly to our facility using one of these recommended couriers: Federal Express, DHL, and TNT.
